What Does It Cost To Work With Us?

Nothing. There are no fees or commissions. We charge our investors a fee on each deal that we do. Plus, we can even pay for all of the closing costs and other costs associated with the sale at times. Can’t beat that right?

How Does The Process Work?

First, we’ll give you a call to get a few more details about your house. Our goal with this is to get a thorough understanding of the property.

Next, we can schedule a time to have one of our acquisitions agents come and take a look at the property in person. Our goal is to get some good photos, notes, and videos of the property to share with our in-house contractor. He will give us a good idea of the amount of work (if any) that the property needs to bring it up to speed. He will provide us with a repair estimate on your property that we are more than happy to share with you! We feel that it would be bad business to withold that information from you.

After that, we will run our analysis on your property. This will include pulling comparable sales to show the property’s current and expected value, taking into consideration the repair estimate from our contractor, looking at local market trends, and deciding on our goals with the property.

Lastly, (usually within a week) we will schedule a time to get you on the phone and make you an offer.

What If The Property Is In Really Bad Shape? Will You Still Buy It?

We buy property in any condition or shape. You’d be amazed at some of the property we’ve bought before. If there is no opportunity to improve the property, then it is harder for us as a business to turn a profit. We love places that need alot of work.
