Lenny! Thanks so much for all your help kid. The darn house had to go. Inherited a lemon after my pop passed and realized it was gonna be a money pit. Funny enough Lenny gave me a ring and it seemed like he likes money pits! It was interesting learning about how these guys do business. Best part I liked about the whole deal was that he buys them as is. I figured they would ask for it cleaned out but they didn’t and that sold me. Appreciate you Lenny!

Very pleased with the work that Devin did for me and my husband! We moved out of state in a quick fashion due to job change. In taking the risk of moving before our other residence was sold, it was very stressful but Devin was able to offer close to what we wanted and it all worked out. I was surprised to see how quick they were able to close as I am used to the arduous process of buying and selling using banks and realtors.
The guys over at Melito & Koch did a stand up job. They had contacted me in early 2022 about a vacant property that I had in Clearfield. I always knew it had to go at some point. I was paying taxes on it and knew I couldn’t turn the place around in my old age. Max got some info from me over the phone and explained in detail how they operated (I asked a lot of questions). Wasn’t too long after Max came to meet me and take a gander at the place that they made me an offer I was happy with.
