Max Melito grew up in Northeast PA and attended Misericordia University and Pennsylvania State University where he studied Economics and Political Science. During his junior year of college he caught the real estate bug. He soon came to realize that there were limited options in Pennsylvania for sellers in the real estate space who did not want to go the traditional route of hiring a realtor. It was at this moment that Melito & Koch Property Solutions was born. Max realized that there were many property owners in various situations that could benefit from direct to seller offers on their property. Since then, its been his goal to provide sellers with the best experience possible when selling their property. As of 2025, Max and the entire Melito & Koch Property Solutions team have also become licensed agents! Housed under Realty One Group Supreme, a brokerage based in the Lehigh Valley, Max now runs his business under The Melito & Koch Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme name.

Lenny Wyda grew up in Northeast PA along side Max Melito. Since day one, Lenny has been integral in the process of building The Melito & Koch Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme into what it is today. Lenny studied economics and accounting at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Upon graduating, Lenny jumped in as our leading acquisition specialist who is dedicated to providing sellers with a smooth and efficient selling process. Lenny handles front end property analysis for a good portion of the eastern part of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Northeast PA and operated in markets that he has lived in his whole life.
Devin Bowersox:

Devin grew up just south of State College in Mifflin County, PA. He then went off to Malone University in Ohio where he studied pre-medicine/biology/psychology. Devin has always had a natural drive for helping and serving others. He did so in the nursing field for several years but was having a hard time feeling fulfilled in that career. In 2021 he decided to change careers and stepped into the financial services and insurance industry. Devin then built an insurance agency which he owns and operates current day. It was at this time that he began a mentorship with Max Melito. Soon after, he began as an acquisitions specialist with The Melito & Koch Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme. He has since blossomed in that role with the company where each and every day, Devin helps sellers in the Central PA region find solutions to any situation they face regarding selling their property.
