Our founder, Max Melito, grew up in Northeast PA and attended Misericordia University and Pennsylvania State University where he studied Economics and Political Science. During his junior year of college he caught the real estate bug. He soon came to realize that there were limited options in Pennsylvania for sellers in the real estate space who did not want to go the traditional route of hiring a realtor. It was at this moment that Melito & Koch Property Solutions was born.
Max realized that there were many property owners in various situations that could benefit from direct to seller offers on their property. Since then, its been his goal to provide sellers with the best experience possible when selling their property.
As of 2025, Max and the entire Melito & Koch Property Solutions team have also become licensed agents! Housed under Realty One Group Supreme, a brokerage based in the Lehigh Valley, Max now runs his business under The Melito & Koch Team at Realty ONE Group Supreme name.

Lenny Wyda

Born and raised in Northeast PA, Lenny studied economics and accounting at Lycoming College. As the team’s lead acquisition specialist, he ensures a smooth, efficient process for sellers across Eastern Pennsylvania. He’s priority is giving an excellent experience to clients.
